My Discreet LLM (mydiscreetllm.com) is operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. Privacy is the product here, so this policy is written to be checkable rather than reassuring.

This Website Loads Nothing Third-Party

There are no analytics on this site, no advertising, no tag managers, and no third-party scripts or fonts. No tracking cookies are set. You can verify this yourself: open your browser network tools and load any page, and every request goes to this domain. The only exception is checkout, which hands you off to Stripe when you deliberately start a purchase.

Your Conversations

We operate a no-logs service. Your prompts and the model responses are not retained after your session, are not written to a durable log, and are never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. They are not sold, and they are not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Being precise about what that covers: content is processed in memory for as long as it takes to produce your answer, because that is how a model produces an answer at all. It is not kept afterwards. We may hold short-lived operational counters — for example, how many requests an API key has made in the current period — because rate limits and billing cannot work without them. Those counters record volume, never content.

What We Do Hold

• Your email address — so we can send your API key and receipts, and reach you about your subscription
• A Stripe customer reference — so your subscription can be billed, changed, and cancelled
• Your access key and its status — so the service knows the key is entitled to work

Payment card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We do not store card numbers.

Server Logs

Cloudflare serves the website and keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and abuse prevention. These cover requests to the website, and are not a record of your conversations.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security

That is the whole list. There is no analytics provider, no ad network, and no email marketing platform holding your address.

Your Rights

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, contact us at hello@garnetgrid.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law:

• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• EEA/UK residents (GDPR): you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and the right to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

Conversation content is not retained. Your email address, Stripe reference, and key status are kept while your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we remove them within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Adults Only

This service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

Traffic to My Discreet LLM is served over HTTPS. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The revised version is posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes are announced on the site, and by email where we hold an address for you. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
