Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of My Discreet LLM (mydiscreetllm.com), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. My Discreet LLM is an uncensored assistant intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

What You Get

A subscription provisions an account and an API key, sent to your email address on checkout, entitling you to use the assistant at the message and feature limits of your tier. A free trial is available at limited daily volume and without a card.

Acceptable Use

The service is uncensored in the sense that it will discuss adult subject matter and will not refuse lawful requests on grounds of taste. It is not a licence to break the law. You agree not to use it to:

We enforce this on the basis of reports and billing signals rather than by reading your conversations, because we do not retain them. A credible report of the conduct above will result in termination.

Share Your Key and You Own the Consequences

Your API key is yours alone. Do not publish or share it. Usage on your key is attributed to you and billed to you, and a key found in public will be revoked.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months. If you were billed in error or the service was unavailable for a sustained period, contact us at hello@garnetgrid.com and we will make it right.

Availability and No Warranty

The service is provided as-is. Model output can be wrong, offensive, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for what you do with it. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual Property

The My Discreet LLM name, site, and interface belong to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. Your prompts are yours. We claim no rights over your prompts or the outputs you receive, and because we do not retain them we could not use them even if we wanted to.

Limitation of Liability

Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of My Discreet LLM. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal dispute you agree to contact us at hello@garnetgrid.com to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where you hold a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted at this URL with a revised effective date, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Garnet Grid Consulting LLC regarding My Discreet LLM.
